Construct QTO agrees to provide a digital “estimate” document that aligns with the work description outlined in the Invoice sent via email.
The estimate document will contain quantities, numbers, scope, and other relevant information that has been compiled to the best of our knowledge. By utilizing or deriving any information from the final “estimate” document, you acknowledge and accept the accuracy of the information and quantities, and waive any rights to claims for errors in the information.
The customer bears the responsibility of providing accurate drawings and scope of work. Construct QTO does not provide any warranty for the information contained in the “estimate” document. We utilize the National Construction Estimator by Craftsman Book Company & RS Means to obtain local labor and material pricing. Please note that we are not responsible for variations in pricing between estimated database costs and final pricing.
By hiring Construct QTO to produce the estimate, you acknowledge that the estimate serves as a guideline for informational purposes only. Our pricing and quantities are not professional recommendations, but are strictly intended to be used as a guideline and resource to complete the pricing. Labor and material pricing may vary based on region, vendor, supplier, contractor, and installer. The information is compiled from a construction cost database that is periodically updated and subject to change without notice. Any manually adjusted labor rates will be based on the client’s approved hourly rate.
The estimated delivery time for the “estimate” is typically 9 business days from the payment date, unless otherwise specified. Please note that the delivery date is an estimate and is not guaranteed by the delivery window or by any customer’s bid or required date, unless an expedite fee or guaranteed-by fee is included. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
If an estimate is cancelled after payment and before delivery, Construct QTO will review the situation and determine the refund amount, if applicable. The refund will take into consideration costs incurred, including labor costs, transaction fees, and other related expenses. Please note that the minimum cancellation fee is 25%, even if no work has been performed on the estimate. However, once payment is made, Construct QTO reserves the right to refuse refunds and may issue a credit to be used for future estimate(s).
A standard estimate comprises a spreadsheet detailing the costs of labor, materials, subcontractor markup, contingency, supervision, equipment, and construction costs. If you provide a material list, please be aware that the provided list includes preliminary quantities and may not include accessories, connectors, screws, and other miscellaneous items required for installation. These additional accessories are not included. Any revisions to the estimates beyond our standard delivery will be considered additional work and may incur additional fees. Construct QTO is not obligated to perform any revisions once the delivery is made. Revisions are not considered part of the original product or service provided and will only be performed upon the collection of additional fees.
